Try to find a naturopath who can help you with your diet and supplements. See if eliminating all gluten makes a difference. My supplements are not sold in your country, but if you have friends who travel to the US, I could help with excellent products.

Hi. Im a 35 year old male. I was told I have RA about 6 months ago. I have not had as bad of flreas as some people I have heard from but my hands and sometimes my knees.I have not taken any drugs accepts NSAIDS yet (which I take rarely). My doctor has recommended MXT and hydroxychloroquine since the onset. I have been learning more about the potential food related cause of RA and have made some adjustments that seem to work. Any additional information you can provide?

Sandra, try GLA by Shaklee for prostaglandin support. Works wonders. Good luck to you. http://www.HiHoHealth.com

Very interesting. I don’t think I have understood the autoimmune system problems very well. You have described it well. I’ll look into this further. Where are you in the Universe? Betsy http://www.Grandmabetsybell.com

With an over active immune sseytm and one that mistakes our own bodies as the enemy, it produces an over abundance of reactive oxygen. This reactive oxygen is a corrosive or oxidizer. The inflammation and destruction of tissue is the end result. The two reactive oxygen species is Peroxide and Ozone. To break down excessive peroxide you would need a Antioxidant Catalyst (SOD). To break down Ozone you need single chlorine atoms (CFC’s).
